CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Avoid tumble dry.
• Wash Cold.
• Dry Cleaning is highly recommended.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Order takes 5-8 working days max. Fridays and holidays are not included.
• Pre-orders take 20 working days to be delivered.
• You may try out your order while the courier awaits you 5-10 minutes. In case you do not wish to have it, you only pay the delivery fees. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WAY TO REFUND YOUR ORDER.
• In case of bad condition or wrong order, we totally take responsibility to refund your order. Definitely no delivery fees are asked from you.
• In case of just an exchange, you only pay the delivery fees, contact us and wait for us again to deliver the item you want instead.
