All ZEYYLAN orders are hand-picked and packed with love from our wonderful shipping facility crew in Egypt.
Orders from Cairo & Giza residence takes 5-7 working days. Fridays and holidays are not included.
Orders from other cities like Alexandria, Delta take from 7-10 working days.
For Egyptian residence, you may try out your order while the courier awaits you 5-10 minutes. In case you do not wish to have it, you only pay the delivery fees.
We kindly ask you to state the return/refund reason at the back of the reciept to help us improve our brand and serve you better next time.
For orders containing more than 6 items, we kindly request a 25% advance payment before dispatching the order and it should be processed through Instapay and until then, order will be on hold. This is due to the higher value and preparation required for larger orders, which often include limited stock items. It also ensures seriousness and commitment from the customer when placing a high-quantity order, helps protect our small business and brand from last-minute cancellations, and allows us to secure inventory, begin preparation promptly, and maintain fairness for all customers. Of course, if there’s ever an issue with the size or item received, we’ll gladly assist with an exchange—your rights as a customer are always protected.
